Rise Up Student Ministry is a gospel-centered movement for students in grades 6-12 in Genoa, Ohio. We exist to help students encounter Jesus, discover their purpose, and rise up as leaders in their generation. This isn't just another youth group—we're building a community where students are known, challenged, and equipped to live boldly for Christ. We believe students aren't just the future of the church — they're a vital part of the church TODAY.
Rise Up launched on May 4th — nearly 50 students, almost 20 volunteers, right here in Genoa. This is what it looked like:

During the school year, we will gather the first and third Wednesday of every month, 7:00–8:30 PM, at Brunner Grounds — 1224 West Street, Genoa, OH 43430.

Our gatherings are designed to be fun, engaging, and meaningful. Here's what a typical night looks like:

✓ Small groups - Guys and girls break out to discuss, ask questions, and go deeper
✓ Food & hangout time - Because the best conversations often happen over snacks
Our heart is to create an environment where faith, friendships, and fun come together - where students don't just attend, they belong.
